Access by car is limited. Pick-up and drop-off point is accessed in the “Drop and Go” off of Hill Street.

Taxi

Taxis drop off outside the Hill Street entrance. There is an accessible taxi rank located at the side of Thousand Trade Square off of Smallbrook Queensway. UBER will pick up/drop off in Drop and Go, referenced on the UBER app as Victoria Square

Is There A Left Luggage Facility?


Passengers can leave luggage in the Left Luggage facility which is located in the south east corner of the station just outside the green zone.
Left luggage opening hours; Monday to Sunday: 08:00 – 21:00

What If I Loose My Property At The Station?


Items that are handed in at the station are kept in the left luggage office.
Lost property counter opening hours: Monday to Saturday: 07:00 – 23:00 Sunday: 08:00 – 22:00
Anything left on the train is kept by the train company.
